Early Birds

Early birds make up a flock of strong, hopeful, resilient women who have been diagnosed with early or premature menopause. Instead of letting the diagnosis bring them down, they use this as an opportunity to come together and soar to new heights.

The Future We Are Building

My vision is to unite women through the power of education, sharing experiences, encouraging laughter, and building a nest of hope. I aim to create a vibrant community where women can spread their wings and take flight towards their dreams. By providing a platform for knowledge sharing and empowerment, we believe that together, we can achieve great things. With our combined determination and resilience, we will nurture a supportive network that uplifts and inspires. Through the exchange of stories and laughter, we will build connections that transcend boundaries and create a sense of belonging. Together, let us build a nest of hope where every woman can find solace, encouragement, and the strength to soar beyond limits.

Me.

As a typically anti-social media person, its hard for me to post anything openly about myself on the internet. And to make matters worse, my mood flutters with each hot flash. Surprise! At the ripe age of 30 (yes, 30!), I got diagnosed with premature menopause.

After building a solid career, feathering my nest with my partner, and finally feeling ready to start a family, mother nature decided to throw me a curveball. Instead of wallowing in my nest, and falling apart with each pregnancy or gender reveal post online, I decided to take flight. So here I am, rallying my fellow early birds. To all going through this, you're not alone. As an early bird, there's a flock for you. When things get tough (or warm at -30 degrees, LOL), remember: the early bird gets the worm—just decide what that metaphorical worm is for you.
